The Townsville RSL is seeking an experienced Full-time Duty Manager to join our management team.

About the role:

As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee the Club’s day-to-day operations, lead and support staff, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and ensure full compliance with licensing, gaming, and Club policies. This is a hands-on role suited to a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

What we're are looking for:

• Previous experience in a Duty Manager or Supervisory hospitality role

• Proficiency with the Odyssey Gaming System (preferred)

• Experience with TAB, Keno, and Gaming operations

• Basic administrative and financial skills

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills

• Ability to remain calm and make effective decisions under pressure

• A passion for providing outstanding customer service

• Must be able to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and public holidays.

Required Certifications:

• Current RMLV certificate

• Current Liquor Approved Manager License (RMLV)

• Current First Aid certificate

• Current Blue Card

• Current Police Background Check

• Responsible Service of Gaming (RSG)
