We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team.

What we are looking for:

• A professional and customer-focused individual with strong communication skills

• Someone confident working independently and making decisions overnight

• A calm, reliable team member with excellent attention to detail

• Prior experience in hospitality, reception, or night audit roles

• Experience with Opera or similar systems (highly regarded)

• Full Australian working rights

• Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and public holidays

As our next Night Auditor, you will:

• Greet and assist late-arriving guests with a warm and professional manner

• Conduct guest check-ins and check-outs

• Handle overnight phone calls, emails, and guest requests

• Complete Night Audit procedures, including reconciling daily transactions

• Prepare end-of-day financial and occupancy reports

• Ensure the front desk and lobby areas are clean, secure, and presentable

• Respond to guest concerns and emergencies calmly and professionally

• Communicate effectively with management and day staff through handover notes

• Press in-house linen & sort laundry for next day housekeepers.
