We are seeking a Hotel Receptionist (GSA) to join our team at our Mackay Oceanside Central Hotel

You must have a genuine passion for hospitality, a calmness while working under pressure with a keen eye for detail in facility, service, and product delivery. You will understand that customer service is at the forefront of everything we do.

Attributes

• Demonstrable Hotel Front office experience desirable

• Knowledge of RMS, or similar PMS is an advantage but not essential

• Good knowledge of hotels or the serviced apartment industry

• Flexibility to work a varied roster including evenings and weekends

• Professional telephone manner and communication skills

• Computer literacy in Word and Excel is preferred

• Patience and proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• An eye for detail, professional personal presentation and good organisational skills

• Possess an outgoing and friendly personality with a 'can do attitude'

Australian citizenship is required for this position.
