MSP TRADERS PTY LTD (Fish Stop Douglas) is seeking dedicated FULL-TIME Waiters to join our team. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will provide excellent customer service, take orders efficiently, and ensure a welcoming dining experience for all guests. You will also support smooth front-of-house operations and maintain a clean and organised service area.

Candidates with prior experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment will be highly regarded. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills while joining a team committed to delivering high-quality seafood and delicious lunch packs. Responsibilities:

1. Set up tables and arrange seating for customers before service 2. Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers and relay them to the kitchen staff 3. Provide menu recommendations and answer customer questions about food items

4. Clear and clean tables promptly after customers leave 5. Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area throughout service 6. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve minor complaints professionally

7. Process customer payments using the POS system (cash and EFTPOS) 8. Monitor and restock service supplies such as condiments, napkins, and takeaway packaging 9. Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations in the dining area

10. Assist with basic cleaning duties, including sweeping, wiping tables, and rubbish disposal Requirements: 1. At least one (1) year of full-time (38 hours per week) experience in a waiter or hospitality role, gained within the last five (5) years.

2. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to engage positively with guests. 3. Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents are encouraged to apply for a hospitality role. What we offer:
