About the Role:

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll take ownership of venue operations during events and daily trade. Working closely with the broader leadership team, you'll be responsible for ensuring every service runs smoothly, efficiently, and to a high standard.

You'll lead the team during live events, manage service flow, and ensure the venue operates with strong discipline across stock, systems, and people. Outside of service, you'll take full accountability for operational processes, stock control, compliance, and reporting.

Your Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Duty Manager, Supervisor, or Operations Manager in hospitality
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to perform under pressure
• Experience in events, functions, or high-volume service environments
• Solid understanding of stock control, inventory management, and cost control
• Confident communication skills with a calm, solutions-focused mindset
