Entry Level Recruitment Consultant

Achieve Group Australia is looking for an Entry Level Recruitment Consultant to join our team. You don’t need recruitment experience — we can teach you the process. What we are looking for is someone with strong customer service skills, a positive attitude and the ability to follow through.

This role is all about people. You will work with employers to understand what they need, speak with candidates about job opportunities and help make sure the right people are placed into the right roles.

What you’ll be doing:

• Speaking with clients and understanding their staffing needs

• Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates

• Following Achieve’s recruitment and compliance processes

• Matching suitable candidates to available jobs

• Providing great service to both clients and candidates

• Keeping accurate notes and records in our recruitment system

• Working as part of a team to meet client needs and market demand

What we’re looking for:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• A genuine interest in helping people

• A strong work ethic and drive to succeed

• Confidence speaking with clients and candidates

• Good attention to detail

• Ability to follow systems and processes

• A positive, professional and team-focused attitude

• Experience in retail, hospitality, sales, administration or customer service would be highly regarded
