Townsville Hospital and Health Service are seeking an experienced and outcome driven Senior Employee Relations Advisor to join their Legal Services team.
Whilst not mandatory, possession of a tertiary qualification in industrial relations or human resource management would be highly desirable.
About the opportunity
This position will support the Manager Employee Relations to deliver services to a large and complex hospital and health service, including the management of significant, high risk and/or complex industrial relations and employee relations matters.
Please note - This is a temporary full-time role, up to 12 months.
