Your new role:   As an Operations Manager at Greentech Townsville, you will be responsible for driving efficiencies, supporting the Manager, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in the warehouse and branch, and WHS compliance.   Your key responsibilities will include: Lead & Support: Guide and manage a small warehouse team, fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture Drive Operations: Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, inventory management, and dispatch Stock Control: Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure effective stock management processes Coordinate & Deliver: Work with internal teams and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment Collaborate: Work closely with the Branch Manager to support overall branch performance and operations Continuous Improvement: Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency Systems & Processes: Assist in maintaining systems and procedures to support smooth operations What you’ll need succeed: Leadership Experience: Proven experience leading or supporting a small team (5–10 people) Positive & Proactive: Reliable, hands-on, and solutions-focused with a strong “can-do” attitude Team-Focused: Brings energy and enthusiasm, contributing to a positive team culture Strong Communicator: Confident building relationships and resolving issues effectively Highly Organised: Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Safety Minded: Strong understanding of workplace health and safety practices Licences: Current driver’s licence and forklift licence preferred Working Rights: Must be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen, or be an Australian Permanent.
