Join Mackay Regional Council as an Asset Technical Officer and play a key role in turning completed capital projects and subdivisions into recognised, mapped and managed Council assets. Based in Mackay, this is a great opportunity to work across GIS, PMO and Asset Accounting teams while enjoying flexible working arrangements.
About this opportunity:
In this role, you will help make sure Council’s new and completed assets are accurately recognised, recorded and mapped. You will support the handover of capital projects and subdivisions into Council’s asset systems, maintain reliable data across platforms including MiMaps and GIS, and work closely with internal teams to improve asset information and decision-making.
