About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Production Driller to join our Mining team at Pajingo. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient drilling and cleaning of long hole service and production holes to support underground mining operations

This is a hands-on position suited to someone who is safety-focused, reliable, and committed to achieving high production standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct underground production and service hole drilling
• Perform remote drilling operations
• Ensure safe work practices, particularly around open voids
• Complete assigned work and required documentation
• Maintain high housekeeping and site standards
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, engineers, and operations personnel
• Contribute to continuous improvement in safety and operational efficiency
• Comply with all environmental, safety, and company procedures

Skills & Qualifications

Essential:

• Proven ability in underground production drilling and service hole drilling
• Experience with remote drilling and integrated tool carriers
• Competencies including:
  • Mobile Equipment Isolation (AST2002)
  • Underground Light Vehicle Operation (AST10005)
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork

Desirable:

• General drill and blast knowledge 

Experience Required

• Minimum 5 years’ mining experience
• Competency in manual and check scaling
• Ability to operate manual light vehicles underground
• Strong focus on delivering results and maintaining safety standards
