Hello Health is a growing integrative health clinic and practitioner supplement store based in South Townsville. We’re passionate about helping people feel heard, supported and empowered with genuine health advice and premium practitioner-only supplements.

We’re looking for a friendly, confident and proactive Front of House / Sales Associate to join our team in a permanent part-time role.

This role is ideal for someone who genuinely loves health and wellness, enjoys connecting with people and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.

About the Role

This is much more than a standard retail position.

You’ll be one of the first people customers interact with, helping create a welcoming and supportive experience while assisting with supplement recommendations, retail sales and front desk operations.

You will:

• Welcome and assist customers in store

• Provide basic natural health and supplement guidance within training provided

• Help customers navigate practitioner-only supplements and wellness products

• Support sales, promotions and customer engagement

• Manage bookings, phone calls and front desk enquiries

• Assist with stock management, merchandising and store presentation

• Support practitioners and the wider clinic team

• Help create a calm, organised and positive environment for customers

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has excellent people and communication skills

• Is passionate about health, wellness and natural medicine

• Is confident speaking with customers and making recommendations

• Learns quickly and takes initiative

• Works well independently and within a team

• Is reliable, organised and professional

• Is comfortable in a busy retail environment

• Has basic computer skills and attention to detail

Bonus points if you have:

• Retail sales experience

• Pharmacy, health food store or clinic experience

• Knowledge of supplements or natural health

• Experience with customer service systems or POS software

• Social media/content experience

Availability

This is a permanent part-time role and will include:

• Regular weekday shifts

• Every second weekend availability required

Additional hours may become available for the right person.
