Hit the Ground Running

We are looking for an experienced PM, or PM Assistant, who knows the rhythms of managing a property portfolio inside out. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Client Relationships: Acting as the trusted, responsive single point of contact for your landlords and tenants.

• Property Care: Managing maintenance swiftly, conducting thorough inspections, and protecting your owners' investments.

• The Routine Grind: Handling lease renewals, rent reviews, entry/exit condition reports, arrears and keeping your portfolio tracking perfectly.

• System Savvy: You know how to use modern property management software, pick up tech platforms instantly and appreciate a clean, paperless workflow.

The Must-Haves - Do Not Apply If You Don’t Meet All Of These:

• At least 2+ years of direct experience managing, or assisting to manage, a residential property portfolio.

• A current QLD Real Estate Salesperson Registration Certificate or Full Licence.

• A solid understanding of the QLD RTRA Act and compliance requirements.

• A current Driver’s Licence and your own reliable, well-presented vehicle.

• Full-Time hours (Monday – Friday, with the requirement to work occasional Saturdays for operational needs/inspections).
