The Role

As a Property Paralegal, you will work closely with our team managing residential sale and purchase matters from start to finish.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with managing property sale and purchase files

  • Preparing legal documents and professional correspondence

  • Conducting online property and title searches

  • Liaising with clients, banks, and other law firms

  • Coordinating settlements and finalising files

As your skills develop, you will take on greater responsibility and autonomy.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Legal assistants or junior paralegals, or

  • Experienced administrators looking to step into a professional legal career

You will bring:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

  • Confident written and verbal communication

Professional office experience will be highly regarded.
