Roster: Monday – Friday


About Our Client:
Our client is a leading industrial operation in North Queensland, supporting essential maintenance and operational activities across a large-scale industrial site.


What You Will Be Doing:
Working a 5/2 roster, you’ll play a vital role in supporting site operations as a Warehouse Officer. You will be responsible for ensuring critical materials, parts, and consumables are available to support maintenance and operational teams. Key duties include:

  • Managing inventory, receipting inbound deliveries, dispatching stock, and maintaining accurate stock records

  • Coordinating the storage and distribution of parts and materials to support maintenance of port infrastructure and rail assets

  • Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely supply of goods

  • Conducting stocktakes, cycle counts, and audits across warehouse and laydown areas, including vendor-managed stock

  • Identifying discrepancies, investigating stock variances, and resolving supply chain issues


What You Will Need:
To be successful in this role, you’ll be a reliable and safety-focused team player with strong attention to detail. You will bring:

  • A valid High-Risk Work LF Licence (Essential)

  • A current National C Class Driver’s Licence (Essential)

  • Previous experience in a warehousing or Storeperson role within mining, rail, or port operations (Highly regarded)

  • Experience working in safety-critical or heavy industry environments

  • Familiarity with SAP or similar inventory management systems (Highly regarded)

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
