About the role:

As our Trade Counter Sales and Warehousing Assistant, you’ll play a key role in both welcoming and supporting customers at the counter and keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly. You will also be responsible for:

• Picking, packing and dispatching of customer orders

• Booking in freight via online portals and over the phone

• Forklift operation 

• Unloading & Loading Trucks

• Stock Organisation

• Maintaining the cleanliness of warehouse

• Serving Customers as required

About you

As our Trade Counter Sales/Warehousing Assistant ,you’ll bring reliability, motivation, and a hands-on approach to supporting the smooth running of daily warehouse operations. You will also bring: 

• Minimum 2 + years warehousing Experience

• Minimum 2 + years Customer Service experience

• Valid Forklift Licence (essential)

• Current Driver Licence’s (essential)

• Comfortable working independently and within a team

• Basic computer literacy for order processing

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
