Labourforce is currently seeking reliable and customer-focused MR Truck Drivers to join a busy food distribution operation based in Mackay, QLD.

We currently have two delivery run positions available, offering stable weekday work, consistent hours, and ongoing opportunities within a well-established transport and logistics environment.

These are hands-on delivery roles suited to drivers who are comfortable with manual handling, customer interaction, and working across refrigerated and freezer environments.

Available Roles
Airlie Beach Run – MR Driver (HR Highly Regarded)
Shift Details

• Tuesday to Friday
• Early starts from 5:30am
• Approx. 10-hour days (including drive time)

Pay Rate

$41.25 per hour
Weekly pay

Role Overview

• Customer service-focused delivery role
• Multi-drop deliveries (approximately 10–25 drops per day)
• Delivering food products to customers across the Airlie Beach region
• Short travel distances between delivery points

Key Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading goods
• Manual handling duties
• Pick packing customer orders
• Assisting customers with placement of goods where required
• Working across refrigerated and freezer environments
• Maintaining professionalism and strong customer service standards

Town Run – MR Driver (HR Highly Regarded)
Shift Details

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00am – 4:00pm

Pay Rate

$41.25 per hour
Weekly pay

Key Responsibilities

• Multi-drop food deliveries throughout the local area
• Loading and unloading goods
• Manual handling duties
• Pick packing customer orders
• Assisting customers with deliveries where required
• Working across cold storage and freezer environments
• Maintaining delivery schedules and customer service standards

What We’re Looking For

• Current MR Truck Licence (HR Licence highly regarded)
• Previous delivery driving experience preferred (not essential)
• Comfortable performing manual handling duties
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable and professional attitude
• Ability to work in refrigerated/freezer environments
• Full Australian working rights
