Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and reliable Roll Form Operator to join our Rockhampton manufacturing team.

About the Role

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for operating roll forming machinery to manufacture steel roofing and building products to customer specifications.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in producing quality products safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate roll forming machinery

• Manufacture products to customer specifications and quality standards

• Read and interpret production schedules and work orders

• Conduct quality checks and measurements throughout production

• Perform routine machine inspections and basic maintenance

• Assist with material handling and movement of finished products

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment

• Work closely with production and dispatch teams to meet customer deadlines

About You

• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred

• Experience with roll forming or sheet metal processing highly regarded

• Forklift licence advantageous but not essential

• Strong commitment to workplace safety

• Good attention to detail and quality standards

• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

• Reliable, punctual, and team-focused attitude
