About the role

Haydon Enterprises Pty Ltd, a family owned transport and logistics company, is seeking a skilled HR / MR truck driver to join our team in Bohle, Queensland. This is a casual position with the option of a full-time role for the right candidate. We offer guaranteed hours and plenty of overtime.

What you'll be doing

1. Safely operating HR / MR -class trucks to transport goods and materials to and from various locations

2. Assisting with yard duties, including loading and unloading of trucks, inventory management, and general yard maintenance

3. Ensuring vehicles are well-maintained and compliant with all relevant safety and regulatory requirements

4. Providing excellent customer service and managing client relationships

5. Collaborating with the wider transport and logistics team to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods

What we're looking for

1. A valid truck driver's licence and previous experience driving HR / MR-class trucks with a clean driving history

2. Driving record must show no violations within the past 3 years

3. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety

4. Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual handling tasks

5. Excellent time management and problem-solving skills

6. A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment
