About the role

Freight Link Couriers is seeking an experienced and motivated Courier/Van Driver to join our team in Townsville. As a Courier, you will play a vital role in our organization, responsible for efficiently and safely delivering packages to customers within the local area. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to become an integral part of our growing business.

What you'll be doing

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport and deliver packages to customers within the local area

• Ensure all deliveries are made in a timely and professional manner

• Maintain accurate records of pickups, deliveries, and any issues encountered

• Provide excellent customer service and liaise with customers as needed

• Assist with loading and unloading of vehicles as required

• Comply with all relevant health & safety regulations

What we're looking for

• Valid driver's license and a safe driving record

• Previous experience as a courier or delivery driver, preferably in the Townsville area (not essential)

• Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently

• Excellent time management and organizational abilities

• Good physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry packages

• Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to providing high-quality service
