The Role

Reporting to the CEO, the Marketing & Events Manager owns and runs the day-to-day marketing and events function across the growing Cosca Group of Entities. This role exists to protect and elevate the Cosca brand across every office, channel and acquired firm, to deliver consistent, high-quality marketing and standout events, and to make smart use of our marketing tools and technology so the function runs lean without losing craft. The role also supports the group's growth (from 52 team members in 2023 to 100+ in 2026), including brand integration through mergers and acquisitions.

This is hands-on generalist role. We back our marketing with moden tools - including AI - to take the grind out of first drafts, reporting and admin, so your time goes to the things that matter most: brand, taste, events and relationships.
