Your new role
Provide administrative support to operations teams, including managers, engineers, and supervisors
Maintain and update spreadsheets, registers, and filing systems with a high level of accuracy
Prepare and distribute operational documentation, reports, and client paperwork
Support stock control, material tracking, and billing processes
Liaise with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth information flow
Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and streamline administrative processes
Ensure compliance with safety, privacy, and company policies at all times
Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with rapidly changing schedules and priorities
What you'll need to succeed Previous experience in an administrative support role, ideally within operations or project environments
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management
Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, databases, and administrative systems
Adaptable, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team
Relevant administration qualification (desirable)
