Pay Rate: $60 hour perm shirt, $67 casual

Project Overview
We're kicking off a new project near Dysart in early April, delivering a creek diversion and levee construction package.
This scope will involve bulk earthworks, detailed trimming, and environmental controls as we reshape and stabilise the area. Works include creek realignment, levee formation, compaction, and associated civil activities.
  
Skills/Experience
As an experienced Scraper Operator, your focus will be on supporting the team in the development of the area. You will be responsible for the efficient movement and placement of materials to support and meet environmental and operational standards for the project.
  
Key Duties
  • Maintain consistent ground levels and drainage according to survey designs
  • Work closely with dozers, graders, and water carts in a production-focused environment to ensure coordinated operations
  • Strong understanding of safe work practices
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety, compliance, and environmental standards
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and environmental personnel
Mandatory Requirements
  • Proven experience operating scrapers in civil or mining rehabilitation works
  • Commitment to quality and project timelines
  • RIIMPO325E – Conduct civil construction scraper operations (or equivalent)
  • Standard 11
  • Current Coal Board Medical (or ability to obtain)
  • Valid Driver’s Licence
