Provide administrative support to the Operations team across areas including finance, HR, procurement, security, and emergency management
Manage correspondence, records, and office systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies and procedures
Coordinate
operational meetings, prepare documentation, and take minutes
Deliver customer service and act as a key contact for internal stakeholders, port customers, and external agencies
Monitor shipping schedules, asset systems, and support operational reporting and budgeting activities
Support security operations, including access control, permits, compliance records, and audits
Coordinate resources, training, travel, procurement, and day-to-day operational administration
Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives
What you'll need to succeed Demonstrated experience in an administrative role with strong system and Microsoft Office skills
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage workload, meet deadlines, and work with minimal supervision
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills with a professional and confidential approach
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, including emergency management contexts
High attention to detail and ability to manage records, compliance, and operational processes
Eligibility to meet role-specific requirements (e.g. Maritime Security Identification Card, authorised officer status)
Qualification in Business Administration and knowledge of maritime operations (desirable)
