The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Vibe Operator to join a professional field team in the geophysical exploration industry. This role involves operating vibriosis trucks in a safe, efficient, and precise manner. The workplace is outdoors and physically active, requiring stamina and attention to safety. Team culture is hands-on, collaborative, and focused on high-quality field operations.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Vibe Operator, you will play a key role in executing vibration survey operations while maintaining safety and operational standards. Responsibilities include:

• Operate and manoeuvre vibriosis trucks using GPS navigation systems
• Conduct vibration operations in line with project and safety procedures
• Support general field activities, including equipment checks and basic maintenance
• Assist with alternative duties such as heavy haulage or line crew work when required
• Communicate effectively with team members in person and via two-way radios

Benefits:

• $438.74 per day
• Potential ongoing employment
• Up to a 12-hour work day with variable rosters from 6/1 through to 28/14

Your Skills & Experience:

• Current HR Truck Licence, preferably skid steer ticket
• Physical ability to hop in and out of trucks and drive long distances
• Minimum of 1 year experience in truck driving, tractor operation, loader, or similar
• Strong communication skills in person and via two-way radio
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in outdoor, physically demanding environments
