TS Global is an Australian-owned leader in conveyor accessories, polyurethane products, and specialist maintenance services. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Belt Splicer Supervisor to lead our Site Services team across the Mackay and Bowen Basin region.

We are looking for a hands-on Belt Splicer Supervisor who has successfully led field service teams and understands what it takes to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality conveyor maintenance services across mining and industrial operations.

$10,000 Sign-On Bonus

• $5,000 paid on commencement

• $5,000 paid upon successful completion of probation period

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise conveyor belt splicing crews

• Coordinate site service activities and project delivery

• Provide technical guidance, mentoring and support to team members

• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standard

• Assist with planning, scheduling and resource allocation

About you

• Certificate III Polymer Processing

• Extensive conveyor belt splicing experience

• Strong knowledge of conveyor systems, belt repairs and pulley lagging

• Demonstrated experience supervising and leading site based maintenance

• Strong communication, planning and organisational skills

• Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement
