Mine Surveyor

Ravenswood Gold is seeking a motivated and detail-focused Mine Surveyor to join our high-performing team. This is an opportunity to work on a large-scale, long-life open pit operation where your expertise will directly influence safe, efficient, and optimised mine performance.

Reporting to the Senior Mine Surveyor, you’ll play a critical role delivering accurate survey data, supporting mine design, and contributing to production success in a collaborative site environment.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Deliver precise and timely survey control, pickups, and set-outs
• Support mine planning, production, and compliance activities
• Produce and maintain mine plans and spatial data
• Contribute to end-of-month reconciliation and reporting
• Partner closely with Mining, Geology, and Planning teams
• Work with modern technologies including GPS, UAVs, and 3D scanning

About You:

• Degree or Advanced Diploma in Surveying (or equivalent)
• Minimum 2+ years’ open pit mining experience (civil backgrounds considered)
• Current Manual C Class Driver’s Licence
• Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence
• Experience with: Leica GPS / Total StationsSurpac, Deswik, Pix4D (desirable)
• Exposure to UAV operations or Hexagon MineOperate (highly regarded)
