What We Are Looking For

  • Previous experience in real estate or administration is advantageous but not essential—attitude, initiative, and willingness to learn are key

  • Current QLD Real Estate Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

  • Current driver’s licence

  • Strong work ethic, confidence, self-belief, and a proactive “can-do” attitude

  • Demonstrated commitment to client care and service excellence

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a calm and solutions-focused approach to conflict

  • A genuine care factor with respect for systems, processes, and procedures

  • High attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • High level of integrity and professionalism

  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

  • Well-presented and professional appearance


Role Responsibilities

  • Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm

  • End-to-end portfolio management

  • Organising, managing, and conducting routine inspections

  • Managing inspection runs to suit scheduling requirements

  • Completing detailed and accurate Entry and Exit Condition Reports

  • Assisting with leasing and rental open homes as required

  • Ongoing communication with landlords and tenants

  • Reporting directly to the Principals and Senior Property Manager

  • No trust account responsibilities
