As we continue to expand across the region, we are seeking an experienced Property Management Team Leader to lead our Bowen Basin team while supporting performance, consistency, and operational excellence across all of our offices.

The Opportunity

This is a leadership role for an experienced property management professional who enjoys developing people, improving systems, delivering exceptional client outcomes and who is looking to step up within their Property Management Career.

You will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Bowen Basin Property Management team, ensuring portfolios are managed efficiently, compliance standards are maintained, and service levels remain exceptional.

You will play a key role in helping drive team performance, leading a team, implementing best-practice processes, and contributing to the overall growth of the team.

This role will be based within our Mackay Office and team members will be based across Mackay, Moranbah & Dysart.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Performance

• Lead, coach, and support our Bowen Basin Property Management team

• Monitor team performance, productivity, and service standards

• Conduct regular performance reviews, mentoring, and development conversations

• Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture

• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members when required

Operational Management

• Oversee the effective management of residential portfolios across the Bowen Basin region

• Ensure leasing, inspections, maintenance, arrears management, and tenancy matters are completed to a high standard by the relevant team member

• Maintain compliance with Queensland tenancy legislation and company policies

• Monitor key operational metrics and identify opportunities for improvement

• Support the implementation and refinement of systems, workflows, and procedures

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll be an experienced property management professional with proven leadership capability and a passion for developing people and improving outcomes.

You'll bring:

• Current Queensland Registration Certificate or Real Estate Licence

• Strong knowledge of Queensland tenancy legislation and industry best practice

• Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Confidence managing multiple priorities and stakeholders

• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities

• High attention to detail and commitment to service excellence

• A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
