The Person

• Experience in holiday letting, property management, hospitality, tourism, or real estate preferred
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and professional presentation
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
• Experience using booking platforms or property management systems advantageous
• Current driver's licence required

The Role

• Manage the day-to-day operations of a holiday accommodation portfolio
• Coordinate guest bookings, arrivals, departures, and communications
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners
• Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and property presentation standards
• Conduct routine inspections and quality assurance checks
• Assist with onboarding new holiday letting properties
• Manage online listings and booking platform performance
• Monitor occupancy levels and booking activity
• Deliver exceptional customer service to both guests and owners
• Ensure all properties meet brand standards and operational requirements
