About the role

As a Warehouse and Counter Sales professional at Boltmasters, you play a crucial role in managing the company's inventory, processing customer orders, and providing exceptional customer service at our Rockhampton branch. This full-time position offers the opportunity to be part of a great team in a well respected, growing business in the region.

What you'll be doing

• Receiving, processing, and fulfilling customer orders in a timely and accurate manner

• Maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring stock levels are optimised

• Assisting customers at the counter by providing product information and recommendations

• Preparing orders for dispatch and ensuring safe packing and shipping

• Participating in the implementation of warehouse management systems and procedures

• Contributing to the overall efficiency and organisation of the warehouse operations

What we're looking for

• Strong customer service skills, the willingness to learn, and an ability to provide knowledgeable and helpful advice to customers once trained.

• Confidence in using Microsoft computer systems to work within our inventory and sales system

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively as part of a team

• Forklift licence and experience operating warehouse equipment is desirable but not required

• Currently living or willing to relocate to Rockhampton
