We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Care Consultant to join our Trade Store team based in Townsville QLD.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the first point of contact for our customers
  • Provide expert advice on our wide range of industrial products
  • Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing shopfront
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Uphold our safety standards and contribute to a positive team culture

What You’ll Bring:

  • Previous experience in customer service (retail or trade preferred)
  • Well-developed customer service skills with a ‘customer first’ approach
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and shows an interest in personal development within the company
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, busy service environment
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
