What you will be doing
Working within a busy rental branch, you’ll support day to day operations to ensure vehicles and customers are managed efficiently.
Prepare vehicles for hire, including cleaning, safety checks (oil, water, tyres, lights), and basic non-mechanical repairs
Coordinate vehicle movements, including pick-up and delivery, yard presentation, and monitoring fleet availability
Support branch performance by assisting with reporting, maintenance tracking, and meeting utilisation and compliance targets
Assist with general administration and contribute to customer service, retention, and business growth initiatives
What You Will Need
Medium Rigid Licence (or willingness to obtain)
Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to work independently and manage day-to-day tasks with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail
Basic computer skills and confidence completing reports/admin tasks
Physically capable of manual handling (e.g. trailer gates)
Customer service skills
