About the Role

As an experienced Senior Retail Sales Assistant, you'll be the friendly and knowledgeable face of our Rockhampton storefront. At Lilly & Lotus, retail is more than selling—it's about creating a destination and an experience, and helping customers discover beautifully curated products that delight and inspire.

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service, making each visitor feel valued & creating a genuine connection with them so they feel welcome & part of the family.

• Guide customers through our offerings: floral arrangements, luxury hampers, gifting products, and more.

• Provide personalised advice on flowers, themes, and gifting—for weddings, events, or everyday joy.

• Keep the store beautifully presented: tidy, welcoming, and styled to reflect our brand.

• Handle sales transactions with accuracy.

• Assist with receiving stock, stocktaking, restocking displays, and packing orders for pickup or shipping.

• Maintain a positive, creative, and collaborative attitude as a proud part of our team.

You Have...

• A bubbly, genuine, and friendly personality—and a love for connecting with people.

• Strong attention to detail and pride in presenting premium products beautifully.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Are self-motivated and reliable—able to work efficiently, and independently.

• Flexibility to work some weekends (especially Saturdays) and reliably show up when scheduled.

• A creative spark—and a willingness to learn more about flowers, styling, and gifting.

• A current driver's license and access to a vehicle (advantageous, given our regional demands & delivery schedules).
