For experienced retail leaders who live and breathe sales
Are you a natural leader who loves sales, thrives on customer connection, and knows how to bring out the best in a team? If you’re ready to lead from the front and make a real impact, this could be the role for you.
At Eureka, we’ve been crafting furniture for over 40 years, guided by authenticity and connection. Our sister brand, Olive Grove Furniture, carries that same philosophy with a contemporary, design-focused lens.
At Olive Grove Furniture, our Store Leaders are more than managers — they’re coaches, motivators, and hands-on retail pros who create welcoming stores and high-performing teams.
You’ll lead by example, support and upskill your team through ongoing training, and create a positive, energetic environment where customers love to shop and teammates love to work. Driving the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while smashing sales targets and KPIs.
