🌟 What You’ll Be Doing

Reporting to the CQ Territory Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert for our automotive, industrial or marine customers, providing technical support, product advice, and outstanding service. Your day-to-day will include:

• Delivering on-site support and guidance to automotive, marine and industrial clients.

• Preparing quotes, processing orders, and handling customer invoicing.

• Building strong relationships with trade partners to grow our brand and reputation.

Working closely with leadership, you’ll help drive business growth and customer satisfaction through:

• Managing existing accounts and onboarding new customers with professionalism and care.

• Meeting strategic sales targets and contributing to budget goals.

• Applying your technical knowledge of automotive paint systems to support and educate customers.

• Maintaining strong ties with panel shops, fabricators, and commercial refinishers.

• Monitoring industry trends and adapting strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

• Collaborating with supply partners to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction.

• Staying flexible and proactive in a fast-paced, evolving market.

• Upholding Workplace Health & Safety standards across all tasks.

🧠 What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone with a solid mix of technical know-how and people skills:

• Excellent verbal and phone communication.

• A positive, can-do attitude with strong time management and organisation.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Background in automotive coatings or spray-painting.

• Familiarity with protective coatings, refinishing supplies, or spray equipment.

• A spray-painting trade qualification.

• A current driver’s license (manual preferred but not essential).
