Tasks & responsibilities

Interpret for our customers at the counter and over the phone; and interpret for our service department.

Identify and source required parts and provide advice regarding specifications

Process payments, prepare quotes

Collect, pack and dispatch parts and receipt in-shipments, delivery to other inventory locations.

Source and order parts from numerous suppliers and follow up on back orders and stock shortages

Stocktaking and restock of showroom as necessary

Communicate updates with customers
