About the role

Boltmasters Pty Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team in Townsville, Queensland. As a full-time Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth while continuing to deliver the exceptional customer service our branch is known for.

What you'll be doing

• Actively engage with potential customers to understand their needs and requirements.

• Present our comprehensive range of products and services, ensuring clients are informed and empowered to make the best purchasing decisions.

• Negotiate pricing and contract terms to secure new business opportunities.

• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities.

• Collaborate with the internal sales team to identify and capitalize on new market trends and sales leads.

• Reporting to the Branch Manager of trends and customer feedback.

What we're looking for

• The candidate is preferred to have 2-3 years of sales experience. Fastening knowledge is welcome, as is any trade background and experience.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.

• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills to overcome objections and close sales.

• Motivated self-starter with a keen interest in the sales process and a desire to exceed targets.

• Proficient in keeping log entries of client interactions and order taking.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
