A bit about the role... 

Love building people up? As an Employment Support Consultant, you’ll guide clients through personalised job pathways, help overcome barriers, and deliver workshops that boost confidence and capability. Your mission? Help them prepare, believe—and get hired.

This position is full-time, fixed-term role until October 2030 with possibility of extension, based in our Aitkenvale office. Working hours 8:30am-5pm in office, Monday to Friday.

A bit about you… 

  • Experience in case management, career coaching, or employment services 
  • Strong people skills—empathetic, organised, and a clear communicator 
  • Valid Working with Children Check/Blue card with National Crimcheck with no disclosable outcomes
