About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Nolan Plumbing & Drainage as a Maintenance Plumber. We are seeking trade qualified and experienced plumbers to carry out a variety of trade tasks, with a high focus on plumbing and maintenance work. This is a full-time role based in Rockhampton Queensland.

What you'll be doing

1. Perform general plumbing maintenance and repairs, such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and installing fixtures

2. Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend appropriate solutions

3. Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards

4. Maintain detailed records on our web based job system and provide feedback on work completed

5. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

1. Formal qualification in plumbing (e.g. Certificate III in Plumbing)

2. Minimum 2 years' experience as a qualified plumber

3. Strong technical skills and understanding of plumbing systems and regulations

4. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

5. Effective communication and customer service skills

6. A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work

7. Ability to work unsupervised but also be a team player

8. A valid driver's licence
