About the Role

We are seeking a permanent CNC Machinist to add to our skilled and supportive team.

This role requires someone confident in programming, setting, and operating CNC machines while maintaining high standards of precision and workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Program, set, and operate CNC lathes and Mills

• Must demonstrate the ability to create programs for precision machining operations

• Ideally have knowledge on Fanuc controls

• Ideal Candidates will have hands-on experience operating both CNC lathes and milling machines

• Read and interpret technical drawings

• Perform precision machining to job specifications

• Work to customer drawings and tolerances

• Maintain high attention to detail and have pride in finished work

• Plan and complete jobs independently when required

• Adhere to safety and quality standards

• Positively contribute as part of a team

Skills & Experience Required

• preferred Australian Recognised Trade Certificate – Machinist / Fitter & Turner

• Proven CNC experience (essential)

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on CNC machining experience required

• Strong work ethic and "can-do" attitude

• Good communication skills

• Ability to work in Australia (preferred but see below)

• We are open to sponsor 482 visas if you are already residing within Australia
