About the Role:
As an experienced Panel Beater, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to manufacturer and industry standards.

Working alongside a skilled team of technicians, painters, and estimators, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality repairs while maintaining productivity and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Assess vehicle damage and determine repair requirements
Repair and replace damaged panels and structural components
Straighten frames and carry out body alignment work
Remove dents and perform metal finishing
Fit replacement panels, parts, and components
Prepare vehicles for the refinishing process
Conduct quality checks to ensure repairs meet required standards
Maintain accurate job records and workshop documentation
Contribute to a safe, clean, and productive workshop environment


To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Trade qualification in Automotive Body Repair Technology or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Panel Beater within a collision repair environment
- Strong knowledge of repair techniques and vehicle construction
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Positive attitude and team-focused approach
- A desire to build a long-term career with a respected employer
