The Position:

A rare and exciting career opportunity is available for a motivated, self-starter with practical or building maintenance knowledge. 

As a member of the Maintenance Team, you will be responsible for carrying out building, fixture and property maintenance for all Auto Corner sites to ensure sites remain functional and tidy.

The Role May Include, But Is Not Limited To:

• Maintain and carry out general maintenance and repairs of all buildings and properties.

• Grounds maintenance including maintaining the quality of lawns, gardens and sites.

• Co-ordination and liaison with contracted services.

• Reporting requirements for major repairs to the Internal Services Manager.

Required Skills:

• Experience with garden and building maintenance.

• Experience using hand and electrical powered tools.

• A current & valid manual driver's licence.

• Be self-motivated and have a positive, “can do” attitude.

• Ability to meet and establish deadlines.

• Outstanding customer service & communication skills.

• Excellent driving record.
