Mineco is a leading national civil and mining services company operating across the East Coast of Australia. We deliver comprehensive solutions to Tier 1 clients, including bulk dozer push, coal quality and recovery, crushing, civil works, and rehabilitation services. With our Head Office in Beresfield, NSW, a fully equipped workshop in Muswellbrook, NSW, and an additional office in Queensland, we maintain a strong presence across all major sites across the East Coast.

Due to the growth of a current project, we are seeking skilled and motivated operators to join our team. We have multiple opportunities available for experienced individuals who are eager to contribute to a growing and dynamic civil and mining business.

The Role

• 7/7 roster | FIFO & DIDO options with full camp facilities
• Land and Rehabilitation project based in the Bowen Basin
• Operating Dozers, Loaders, Graders, Excavators, Moxy trucks and/or water trucks safely and efficiently to ensure maximum output on a mine site
• Following site procedures and safety standards
• Conducting pre-starts and basic machine checks
• Maintaining a clean, well-looked-after machine

About You

• Proven experience operating heavy machinery in a mining or civil environment
• Ability to pass a Coal Board Medical
• Relevant tickets / RII (within 5 years)
• Strong safety focus and good site awareness
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
