About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Warranty Administrator to join our automotive team on a 12-month maternity leave contract. This role is critical in ensuring accurate and timely processing of warranty claims while maintaining strong relationships with manufacturers, service teams, and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Process and submit warranty claims in line with manufacturer guidelines
Review repair orders to ensure compliance with warranty policies
Liaise with technicians, service advisors, and manufacturers regarding claim queries
Monitor claim status and follow up on outstanding submissions
Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit purposes
Reconcile warranty payments and investigate discrepancies
Assist in improving warranty processes and efficiency
About You
Previous experience in an automotive warranty, service, or administrative role
Strong understanding of warranty procedures and manufacturer requirements (preferred)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Confident communicator with the ability to work across teams
Proficient in dealership management systems and Microsoft Office
