About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Warranty Administrator to join our automotive team on a 12-month maternity leave contract. This role is critical in ensuring accurate and timely processing of warranty claims while maintaining strong relationships with manufacturers, service teams, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and submit warranty claims in line with manufacturer guidelines

  • Review repair orders to ensure compliance with warranty policies

  • Liaise with technicians, service advisors, and manufacturers regarding claim queries

  • Monitor claim status and follow up on outstanding submissions

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit purposes

  • Reconcile warranty payments and investigate discrepancies

  • Assist in improving warranty processes and efficiency

About You

  • Previous experience in an automotive warranty, service, or administrative role

  • Strong understanding of warranty procedures and manufacturer requirements (preferred)

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

  • Confident communicator with the ability to work across teams

  • Proficient in dealership management systems and Microsoft Office
