Field Service Technician – Whitsundays Region

Whitsunday Technical Services PTY LTD is seeking an individual who is dedicated to building a long-term career in this beautiful location. The successful candidate will join a well-established, privately owned technical and service maintenance company based in the Whitsundays. About the Role:
We are seeking someone who has or is  :-

-          Motivated, reliable and well-presented individual

-          Strong and professional customer communication skills

-          Current Queensland Driver’s Licence

-          Capable of managing their own time effectively

-          Comfortable working independently when required

An interest in, or experience with, servicing Electronics, Gaming or Cash Handling equipment is highly desirable but not essential as comprehensive training and support will be provided in all areas.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Service, maintain, and install wagering, lotteries, gaming, and cash handling equipment across various venues, clubs, and pubs to a highly professional standard.

  • Perform preventative maintenance to identify and address potential issues.

  • Managing and prioritising time and tasks to address customer satisfaction and service level time frame requirements.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all service and maintenance activities in accordance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
