SERVICE ADVISOR – MARINE INDUSTRY

Ready to come off the tools but still use your mechanical knowledge?

We're looking for an experienced mechanic, marine technician, diesel fitter or service advisor to become the vital link between our customers and workshop.

You'll be responsible for understanding customer issues, coordinating repairs, communicating with technicians, and ensuring customers receive outstanding service from start to finish.

What we're looking for:

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Great customer service and communication skills
• Organised and detail-focused
• Able to work autonomously
• Basic computer skills
