A position has now become available for a Stock Controller to join the team at Autopact CQ at the DC Motors location! With proven experience in a similar role, we are looking for someone who can maintain accurate data and maintain positive relationships with external suppliers and customers.

Responsibilities will include:

• Working with sales team and administration to complete Stock Control Tasks

• Learning and using industry specific programs

• Assisting in any administrative tasks required

• Answering and transferring phone calls.

  
  

Specific skills required:

• Experience with Pentana ERA computer system an advantage, but not essential.

• Dealership experience an advantage.

• Excellent communication skills and phone manner

• A high level of attention to detail

• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly

• Enthusiastic team player

• Ability to multitask

• Computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office 365

• General administration knowledge
