We are seeking an experienced and motivated Concreter to join our growing team on a casual basis, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position for the right candidate.

Our work is primarily based throughout Yeppoon, Rockhampton and surrounding areas, with occasional FIFO opportunities available on larger projects.

About the Role

You will be involved in a variety of commercial and civil construction projects, undertaking all aspects of concreting work including:

• Concrete placement and finishing

• Formwork and preparation

• Screeding, edging and trowelling

• Reinforcement installation

• Site preparation and clean-up

• Working alongside construction crews to meet project deadlines

• Maintaining a safe and productive work environment

What We're Looking For

• Previous concreting experience in commercial and/or civil construction

• White Card (mandatory)

• Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Physically fit and capable of manual labour

• Ability to pass site-specific inductions and medical requirements where required

Highly Regarded

• Certificate III in Concreting

• HR Licence

• Machinery tickets (Excavator, Skid Steer, Roller, etc.)

• Experience working on civil infrastructure projects

• FIFO experience
