NTHA Trainees & Apprentices are seeking a motivated Carpentry Apprentice to join our host employer in West Mackay.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants a hands-on career, enjoys physical work, and is ready to learn a trade while getting paid. You’ll work alongside experienced carpenters on real construction sites, gaining skills and completing a Certificate III in Carpentry.

No experience needed — just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Standing wall frames on residential construction sites
• Assisting with roof truss installation
• Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Hanging doors and completing carpentry tasks
• General site clean-up and maintaining safe work areas
• Working alongside qualified carpenters on active job sites

What You’ll Get
