TS Global is an Australian-owned leader in conveyor accessories, polyurethane products, and specialist maintenance services. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Level 3 Belt Splicer to join our Site Services team based in Mackay.

This role is ideal for an experienced belt splicer looking to take the next step in their career. We are committed to developing the right person into a supervisory position within 6–12 months, providing the support, mentoring and opportunities needed to build your leadership capability while continuing to strengthen your technical expertise.

About the Role

• Perform conveyor belt splicing, repairs and maintenance activities

• Assist with the coordination and delivery of site service projects

• Support the planning and execution of shutdown and maintenance work

• Mentor and assist less experienced team members

• Maintain strong relationships with customers and site personnel

• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standard

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the business

About You

• Certificate III in Polymer Processing

• Extensive conveyor belt splicing experience

• Strong knowledge of conveyor systems, belt repairs, pulley lagging and related maintenance activities

• Experience working within mining, bulk materials handling, or industrial environments

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Demonstrated leadership qualities and a desire to progress into a supervisory role

• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
